**Job Description**:
This is an awesome position to build the next step in your retail career, by learning the ins and outs of successful leadership and management. Your love for our products, enthusiasm with our customers and ability to take team members on the journey will sum up success in this role.
- Assist the store and assistant managers in motivating the team - around efficiency, being proactive, ensuring a positive and professional attitude at work
- Maintain store to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
- Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Undertake responsibility of manager when the store and assistant store manager are not in-store

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have;
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Commitment to the customer and the in-store experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solver, ability to use initiative
