**Builder/Labourer**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Builder hand or Labourer to join our team. As a Builder/Labourer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of our facilities. Your diverse skills will be utilized in tasks ranging from basic repairs and maintenance to assisting with various projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**General Cleaning**: Conducting water blasting tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Assembly and Installation**: Install, assemble, and maintain equipment, fixtures, and furniture as needed.

**Welding and Fabrication**: Basic welding, not required but if willing to learn will undergo training as needed.

**Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all tasks are performed following safety guidelines and regulations.

**Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues that require immediate attention or professional intervention.

**Assist Mechanics**: Provide general support to mechanics by handling basic tasks, fetching tools, or organizing workspaces.

**Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

**Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other staff regarding tasks, progress, and any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Handy Skills**: Proficiency in various trades such as carpentry, cleaning, electrical, and basic mechanics.
- **Attention to Detail**: Thoroughness in performing tasks and identifying potential problems.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of performing tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- **Time Management**: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a handyperson, maintenance worker, or similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in various trades.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

**Salary**: $26.70 - $29.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
