We are seeking a **qualified and registered ECE Kaiako** who:

- Brings energy, flexibility and teamwork to our kindergarten.
- Understands the value of play-based learning and inclusive practice.
- Shares our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and leads bicultural practice with authenticity.
- Has proven skills in relationship-building, communication, planning and assessment.
- Is passionate about nature, sustainability, and getting hands-on with tamariki in their learning journey.
