We are looking for HVAC installers to join our Brightr team We are transforming into an all-energy solutions business and expanding. This role will play a key part in the business. Experience in heat pump installation and servicing is a distinct advantage, however if you do not have this we will support you with training and product courses while you work alongside an experienced HVAC Installer.

**What will you be doing?**

Your role will initially be focused on residential - domestic installations, service works & maintenance of all types of residential air conditioning & ventilation systems.

This includes:

- Onsite confirmation of assessment, design and positioning of heat pump systems
- Install heat pump system components, consisting of mounting indoor and outdoor units including associated connections, and may include, condensate pump and associated equipment.
- Installing positive pressure ventilation systems, heat transfer systems and extractor fans
- Diagnose, service and repair heat pumps, ventilation systems and extractor fans
- Maintain and service all InZone provided tools, plant and equipment
- Use a range of electrical and gas testing equipment to locate faults and perform functionality and commissioning tests, electrical malfunctions
- Mentor and supervise staff working toward registration under a TLC
- Supervise heat pump installers to ensure that electrical connections are safe, work and have been tested and complete final testing.
- Assist with any other type of installation and cabling such as ventilation systems, led lighting, extractor fans

**Who are You?**
- Knowledge and experience of heat pumps is a must.
- NZ Licensed Electrician or Electrical Installer is a distinct advantage but not necessary.
- Knowledge and experience of multi-split systems and ducted systems is a distinct advantage
- Have a strong and positive work ethic

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $40.00 per hour
