You are a time management and prioritisation super hero - your ability to juggle multiple tasks all with a warm smile is your super power. Most of all you will be known for finding gems where no one else can. This means you are known for your creative and often out of the box sourcing strategies.

You may currently be recruiting in the Gas, Electricity or Oil sector or other heavy industries - this will give you an added advantage, particular with the types of roles you will be focusing on. You maybe in agency land and are ready to stretch your service based skills in a fast paced commercial business or you maybe currently be an internal recruiter that is looking to charge the skills to the next level
