Ranging from bonds, ETFs, KiwiSaver, managed funds, shares, and more, our platform provides financial providers with significant efficiencies when maintaining, and reporting, on their customers' investment portfolios. As the Risk Analyst you will play an important role in monitoring, assessing and reporting on the businesses operational, technical and compliance risk. It is a key role to manage the risk associated to a crucial player within the financial services industry. This will include the maintenance and development of the Risk & Compliance Framework, develop and regularly review risk policies. Monitor and test the control effectiveness of controls throughout the business. This would be a great opportunity for a BCom Graduate as our Head of Risk is a wonderful teacher. **In this role you will**: - Prepare risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience, either to operational teams, management, or external regulators. - Conduct policy and risk and compliance reviews, which will include liaising with multiple internal teams and auditors. - Identify areas of change, which may produce operational or compliance risk for NZXWT and in conjunction with the business, develop a process to manage these. - Involvement with all audits from an external and internal perspective. - Process all regulatory returns not limited to AML/CFT, FATCA and CRS. **To be successful in this role, it is helpful that you**: - Strong interest in Risk and Compliance. - Understanding of AML/CFT and other regulations associated to a financial services business. - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Strong accountability and ownership of work.
