We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst to join our Digital and Technology Delivery team. Aligning to our business strategy to deliver value, while simplifying and automating our services, we are looking to transform our testing practice. As our organisation transitions to an agile delivery model, we need our testing practice to move with it, making smarter decisions and concentrating our effort to automate where we can realise the most benefit.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing of AT's technology systems and ensuring compliance with Business Technology (BT) policies and standards. As a senior, you will act as a source of expertise on testing IT Services. You will assist, coach and mentor Test Analysts, while being a key player in peer reviewing within the test team.

You will providing quality assurance of testing for the organisation, the development of test plans, manual test scripts and associated reports required to complete the test plan. Ensuring best practice release management is followed with regards to the co-ordination and scheduling of releases through environments.

Tertiary qualified, you will bring significant prior experience in a software functional testing (manual or automation) and experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, C# or Java.

A strong communicator, you will have ability to understand and translate complex technical information to fit the right audience. You will be competent in the Manual Testing Discipline and be able to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

You will also have the following experience:

- Experience Agile & Waterfall
- 6 years plus of experience with SQL queries, scripts, tables, views etc
- Preferably some test coordination or team leadership
- Good Understanding of the Software Test Life Cycle
- Good understanding of Azure DevOps
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
