Our client, Youngevity, has 2 roles availble of which one is more Customer Service focused and the other incorporates duties of an Office Coordinator/ Assistant.
Both are office-based roles 36 - 40 hours per week between Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm. There is a degree of flexibility availble during these hours.
As part of the customer service and wider team, you will play a vital role and aim to achieve an exceptional outcome and assist in maintaining a positive brand image.
**Role Responsibilities Customer Service**
- Prompt and accurate response to customer product and service inquiries
- Asking engaging quality questions to get to the root of the problem and resolve complaints
- End to end processing of orders and requests
- Organise workflow to ensure company service delivery timelines are met
- Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
- Accurately keep record of customer interactions and transactions
- Complete adhoc tasks as required from the business
**Role Responsibilities Office Coordinator**
- Accurate payments of weekly & monthly commissions
- Support and assist the management team and office with administrative functions.
- Liaising with external & internal organisations to support the daily operations of the business & office
- Maintaining data documents & databases, invoicing, accurate filing & records of finance transactions
- Support onboards of new team members, company induction & documentation.
- Customer service to visitors and guests to the business

- You have prior customer service and/ or office coordination experience
- You can use your own initiative and are dependable
- Organization skills and good attention to detail
You will be joining an experienced team, who work hard, provide a supportive culture to bounce off, and like to enjoy a laugh or two.
