The purpose of this role is to develop a schedule in order to assist the plant to meet Difotis target and to meet and exceed customer expectations on quality and received in full and on time. This role reports to the Production Manager.

As a critical member of the team, this role is accountable for developing a schedule for production activities to ensure the plant meets DIFOT targets. Run on SAP.
- a background in FMCG
- extensive SAP and MS Excel systems experience
- a passion for numbers, details and analysis of data
- proven experience meeting DIFOT targets in a food processing environment
- the ability to ensure complex customer output requirements and tight shipping schedules are met
