**ABOUT US**:

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Aukaha Whakahaere | Head - Operations, the Kaiwhakahaere Rawa is responsible for leading and managing the supply, condition and utilisation of resources and facilities in a geographic area. This involves (but is not limited to):

- Leading and managing the day-to-day operational needs and activities of the Takiwa, including property management, supply and resources management and people management.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders
- Provide leadership, performance management and support to all direct reports
- Providing effective leadership and management that aligns with TWoA values

**IDEALLY, YOU WILL HAVE**:

- A Diploma in Business / Commerce
- 3+yrs proven experience in a similar role
- 3+yrs demonstrated experience in staff management
- Relevant experience in managing facilities and staff across a wide geographical area within a large organisation
- Full New Zealand Driver's License (Clean - Class 1)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- The ability to engage in Āhuatanga Māori and be able to understand and converse in te reo Maori.
