The Central Procurement Team (Ngā Mātanga Whiwhinga) is a part of the Business and Commercial function within the wider Organisational Effectiveness group which is the business unit designed to be an influential centre that supports the whole of our organisation. The Central Procurement Team is committed to delivering procurement excellence both internally and externally, to all stakeholders, customers and suppliers. We are looking for a new Procurement Category Manager to join our team in a role with plenty of opportunity to challenge and develop your skills and experience. As a Procurement Category Manager you will design, lead, guide, and contribute to the procurement planning, sourcing and managing of goods and services for Toitū Te Whenua to deliver great outcomes, achieve public value, and manage risk.
