**About us**:
Each year, our team delivers 11 annual events and a number of community events and activations varying in size in scale. We are proud to be industry leaders when it comes to organising and successfully delivering community events. We are a professional, confident and well-rounded team drawing from each other's strengths and are jam-packed with experts from all areas of the industry. We're a collaborative bunch and when we're not out on site leading from the front, we're in the office taking care of the administration, scoping of events, including debriefs, H&S, production schedules, permits and event plans.

**About you**:
You'll be easy going, have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Because of your experience in this field, you'll know this role requires someone who is level-headed, adaptable and who performs well under pressure with an 'all hands on deck' approach to getting the job done. You will be someone who isn't afraid to share your unique and engaging ideas, and who can grab a concept and run with it. Your practical experience and understanding of the requirements around events mean you'll jump straight in and make an impression.

Some of our events have a deep-rooted history, such as Sparks and New Year's Eve and which have been running for over 35 years. Our communities plan their calendars around these events which means the pressure is on for our team to deliver outstanding productions that get better with age.
