**Job Description**:
**OOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?**

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Porter wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. Every day is different and this role is varied. Day to day you could be parking cars, assisting with luggage, booking day trips, and generally going the extra mile and exceeding our guests expectations. You will enjoy offering quality service to our guests and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences. The roster is a rotating 7 day a week roster and the successful applicant must be able to work variety hours. (Mainly 6am-2.30pm and 2pm-10.30pm)

**PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Welcome all guests and visitors with charismatic warmth, creating an atmosphere woven around real conviviality
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs, promptly responding to various queries and requests
- Provide our guests with valuable insider information about tourist attractions, directions or restaurant recommendations
- Look after guests' luggage and valet park their vehicles

**Qualifications**:
**REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE**

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:

- To be successful in this role, you **must** hold full New Zealand Driver License
- Passion for providing unparalleled levels of service
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication
