Video Editor/motion Designer

**Why This Role Matters**:
The Video Editor/Motion Designer will be responsible for producing slick, professional videos that combine creative design with advanced AI-driven audio and animation technologies. Your work will help communicate our product’s value, educate our audience, and amplify our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and our social media specialist to ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence.

You will be responsible for profiling AI agents in our marketplace, producing weekly webinar series, creating engaging short-form advertising and explainer videos, and capturing live footage at trade shows and educational workshops. The video style should be polished, educational, and visually dynamic, inspired by the Learn with Shopify YouTube channel.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design, produce, and edit high-quality video content incorporating AI-generated voices and animation effects.
- Develop motion graphics and visual storytelling elements that enhance brand messaging.
- Collaborate with internal team members including CEO, Community Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product team to film and produce video content.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling video assets.
- Create short-form videos optimised for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta platforms, as well as longer explainer videos for YouTube.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
- Optimise video content for various platforms including social media, websites, webinars, and events.
- Manage and record video-based broadcasting such as video and audio podcasts with our CEO and guests.
- Own and look after all audio and visual aspects at Autohive, ensuring high-quality production standards across all media.
- Handle all video-related tasks as needed to support company events and marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and multimedia production techniques to continuously innovate video content.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation (a portfolio is a must)
- Proficiency with video editing and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Blender, or equivalent.
- Experience using AI voice synthesis tools (such as ElevenLabs) and integrating AI-generated audio into video content
- Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling and design skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovation in multimedia production.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with 2D animation and visual effects.
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
- Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices.
- Basic understanding of AI agent technology or software products.
