This is the opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our passionate and dedicated team. We are looking for a hardworking individual that possesses a unique blend of skills to understand billing, and opportunities to benefit our billing operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and lead the team of Contract Administrators
- Workload management of the billing team portfolio
- Ensure time entry is in accordance with legislation, pay cycle requirements, applicable employment agreements, and company policy
- Query management, liaising with key stakeholders, e.g., Site Administrators, HR Partners and Finance Business Partners

This role requires someone with a high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy who is hands on and has the passion and ability to work in a high pressure and deadline driven environment.
- Strong Customer focus
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a busy and challenging environment
- Sound numerical skills and understanding of billing and costing
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient administration skills and software literacy
- Experienced user of the Microsoft suite of programmes, Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Technical knowledge of the Energy / Contracting Industry (preferred but not essential)

The team is based from our Mount Maunganui office but we are also open to other location for those who are willing to travel and can offer hybrid work arrangements to help with that work-life balance.
