**Zenith Facilities Services** is a trusted name in high-rise and commercial property maintenance across Auckland. We deliver a wide range of external building services — from abseil-based façade remediation to waterproofing, painting, minor carpentry repairs, and everything in between. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on **Handyman / Labourer with their own tools** to join our casual team.

**About the Role**:
This is a **flexible, casual position** ideal for someone who enjoys varied, on-the-tools work. You'll assist with building repairs, site prep, general labouring, and support for our specialist crews. The jobs vary - from patching and painting to assisting with waterproofing or helping prep external works for our abseil team. You’ll be a key part of keeping the job site tidy, functional, and moving forward.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- General repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Basic patchwork, timber repairs, or non-structural fix-ups
- Assisting the team with gear, ladders, access, and materials
- Some lifting, ladder work, and occasional working at heights (training provided)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Good, all-round handyman or general labourer experience
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Own hand tools (basic toolkit at a minimum)
- A clean and tidy approach to work
- Full NZ driver’s licence preferred
- Site Safe or ConstructSafe tickets a bonus (or we can help you get them)
