We’re looking for an **enthusiastic and proactive Service Manager - Workforce** to lead a team of Support Workers and a Schedule Coordinator in our North Shore area. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership skills with a meaningful cause. IDEA Services provides support to people with intellectual disabilities in our communities.

Your days will be filled with variety, working in collaboration with others and making a true difference in the lives of the people we support.

** Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading, supporting, and developing a team of Support Workers
- Overseeing schedules and rosters to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Managing recruitment, induction, and ongoing training for new Support Workers
- Monitoring overtime, planning leave cover, and maintaining operational efficiency
- Collaborating with other Service Managers to continuously improve our services
- We provide 24/7 services all year round, and the ability to participate in the on-call roster is essential to the delivery of our services

** Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring**
- A genuine interest in the disability support sector (_previous experience in the sector is desirable, but not essential)_
- Proven experience in people management and leading diverse teams
- Strong organisational and technical skills (rostering, budgeting, recruitment)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
