Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager at Dominos, Massey. The Store Manager has the responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of a single restaurant. The Store Manager will provide overall leadership and supervision over operations, andthe store team members and will be held accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.
In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
**You responsibilited include**:
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Essential Functions/Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Responsible for all store operations.
- Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)
- Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
- Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
- Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
**Minimum 30hours/per week Guranteed**
**Must be NZ resident**
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- should me able to operate all equipment.

- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
