Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture. Our recycling facility operates 24 hours / 5 days a week.
**About this opportunity**
**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- To develop maintain and develop manufacturing processes.
- To assist in the development of productivity and continuous improvement projects
- To achieve best practice OEE by maintaining equipment with a high level of workmanship

**We’re looking for**:

- Team Player
- Willing to Work Shifts and Overtime
- Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Proactive
- Commitment to Quality and Productivity
- Keen Production Interest and Willingness to learn & develop
- Willing to Undertake Other Duties as Required
