Silver Fern Farms Pareora are on the look for an enthusiastic, people person interested in joining our team as a **Trainer.**

This role is ideal for a person who is passionate about training people to enable them to competently undertake their jobs safely and to meet our regulatory compliance obligations.

Ideally, you will view training as a holistic experience where interaction and communication is equally important as knowing how to do the job.

**We are looking for the following**:

- Experience in a training or development capacity
- High-level attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to think on your feet and make sound operational decisions
- Tech savvy, enjoys working with systems and processes
- A sound knowledge of the processing requirements of a modern meat processing site would be an advantage

This position is critical in ensuring documentation for training is accurate and complete and where possible, the training is aligned to industry unit standards.
