**About the Role**

The Te Whatu Ora Taranaki eMeds Department has a vacancy for a permanent full-time Te Manawa Taki Regional Network e-Pharmacy Systems Support person

Under the guidance and supervision of the Systems Supervisor, this position is responsible for the maintenance and ongoing management of e-Pharmacy® within the Te Manawa Taki Regional Network (Bay of Pleanty, Waikato, Tairawhiti, Lakes, Taranaki).

Testing, configuration, maintenance, support, training, and assisting with change management activities will be major components of this role, along with resolving incidents and completing requests for our Te Manawa Taki users and customers.

The successful applicant will have some on-call responsibilities.

**About You**
- a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician or Nursing background
- at least five years of clinical/hospital experience
- a current knowledge and understanding of medication management and medication safety processes
- a commitment to accuracy and continuous quality improvement
- a high degree of IT literacy with both clinical information systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Salary level is dependent on expertise and qualifications.
