**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Tray and pot filling, seeding, transplanting, watering, pruning, sanitation, harvesting, packaging, and loading harvested products
- Filling trays and pots with soil
- Seed and water plants microgreens mechanically or using hand tools
- Harvesting products, packaging, and labeling them
- Transplanting or potting and labeling plants
- Regulate greenhouse conditions and indoor and outdoor irrigation systems
- Visually inspect and feel plants' leaves and roots and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease
- Clean work areas, sanitize rafts and hydroponic systems, trays, tools, and maintain grounds and landscaping
- Assist in farm construction, maintenance, or repair projects; i.e. covering greenhouse
- Must be able to work successfully independently and demonstrate effective time management skills, adapt to frequently changing work environment/needs.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Perform general farm work and participate in projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and effective environment.
- Lifting and moving objects.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
