Our building supplies team has a core team whom many have been with us for some time. We are now looking for a building supplies drive thru team leader to continue growing the team and sales using their experience to take the business to the next level.

We are looking for a leader who want to be part of our great team and has the skills and attitude to be the best. We supply all building related products to both trade and DYI customers.

The role will involve leading and motivating a team of 20 plus, ensuring we are delivering exceptional customer service to each customer every day, setting high standards for all achieve and leading by example with a hands-on work attitude.

About the role:

- You will be building professional relations with both customers & team to ensure the best result for the customer and the business.
- Hands on leadership
- Rostered hours however flexibility is required to ensure smooth running of the store at all times
- A good understanding of the building industry would be an advantage
- Problem solving
- Guiding and delegating team

Skills and experience required:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills & sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer literacy - embraces technology
- Experience leading teams
- Strong time management & multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Reporting skills
