**The Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our Pizza Hut Hastings West restaurant. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations,manage Restaurant as per Sidhu Qsr Nz Limited Policies and procedures, inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain our high operational and food safety standards.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the Restaurant Manager to meet sales and profitability targets
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members
- Manage rosters, training, and staff performance
- Maintain Appliances and facilities. Create Service Schedule for Preventive Maintenance and breakdown Maintenance
- Ensure Food and Safety Standards are adhered to in the restaurant
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Maintain inventory and stock controls
- Maintain Cash control as per company policy
- Step up to manage the store when the Restaurant Manager is away
- Resolve customer concerns with a friendly and professional approach
- Create Great 5 Star Guest experience culture in the restaurant

**About You**:

- Previous hospitality, retail, or QSR experience
- Previous work experience in Pizza industry would be preferred with previous Management training completed in Pizza Hut
- Strong communication and people skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Confident managing a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Right to work in New Zealand
- Business studies/Qualification would be prefered
