- Utilise advanced search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent from diverse channels.
- Maximise opportunities through referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Complete timely Rights to Work and reference checks
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies to implement cutting-edge practices.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role recruiting sales and technical talent (software engineers, technical product managers, UX Designers) in a fast-growth technology business
- Experience of hiring talent globally
- In-depth knowledge and experience in executing successful LinkedIn campaigns.
- Proficiency in innovative sourcing strategies and tools to attract high-quality talent.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS - Workable preferred) and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting recruitment targets.
