**Key Responsibilities**:

- Development of internal and external communications
- Development and implementation of communication strategies
- Building a Public Relations (PR) Strategy, including designing and implementing a branding exercise to measure, analyse and increase the popularity of the MYTONA brand globally
- Advising MYTONA executives on MYTONAs public relations and communications approach and methodology
- Working with content for various communication tools: website, videos, articles, presentations, social media, etc.
- Search and generation of newsworthy content, coordination and distribution of news
- Writing, editing, and posting texts of various formats (interviews, articles, speeches, presentations, advertising texts, press releases, comments, etc.)
- Working with printing (full cycle)

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with the media, writing materials and press releases
- At least 2 years of PR/Communications experience within Game Development
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, PR or a similar discipline preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in a CIS region language is desirable
- Experience in advising internal stakeholders on best practice in relation to PR and communications in a large organisation environment
- Effective interpersonal skills: the ability to interact with, influence, and build trusting relationships with various internal parties involved.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, high energy and stress tolerance, including crisis management
- Positive, determined attitude with the flexibility to adapt to the vast and varied demands of a rapidly changing work environment
- Commitment to lifelong learning in interaction and communication
