Senior Court Reporter, National Transcription Service

We are seeking a Senior Court Reporter to support the Tauranga Team Manager.
The primary purpose of the Senior Court Reporter role is to provide technical support and expertise to managers and staff, in order to ensure quality and consistency in the delivery of transcription services. This includes maintaining an environment of consistent practices and procedures through quality assurance systems, and providing and supporting technical training and development for Court Reporters.
Working with the Team Manager, you will also provide operational support necessary for the effective undertaking of transcription services and be involved in aspects of recruitment and development of Court Reporters.
The role includes an ongoing requirement to undertake transcription activities, as required.
You will also be working closely with your fellow Senior Court Reporters, both within your region and nationally.

**Skills required for this role are**:
- Expertise in the use of all systems utilised by NTS
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with NTS colleagues, the Judiciary and Registry staff
- The ability to provide technical training and support to Court Reporters
- The ability to embrace change

Utu ā-tau/Salary
**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for this role will be between $59,066 and $83,387 based on skills and experience.
