JYE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, a construction company based in Auckland, is currently seeking five dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Builders Labourers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labour when necessary.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, and perform site cleaning afterward.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Comply with the companys health and safety policies and standards.
- Actively participate in all areas of the business, including but not limited to labouring.
- Work closely with Project Supervisors and Site Supervisors to achieve efficient operations and desired outcomes.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and machines.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth as required.
- Be ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

- Preferably have experience, but if you are suitable for this job, experience can be waived.
- Motivated and positive attitude.
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
