Te Wānanga o Aotearoa is one of New Zealand's largest tertiary education providers offering a comprehensive range of Certificate through to Masters level qualifications to New Zealanders of all ages and walks of life.

Duties can include but are not limited to:

- Accounts payable - coding and processing supplier invoices
- Generating purchase orders,
- Ordering and distribution of resources
- providing support to the Finance Manager

Skills necessary for this role include:

- The willingness to learn and ability to prioritise and manage deadlines,
- A basic understanding of administrative and financial systems and processes
- Great communication, both written and oral.
- Microsoft suite experience

The ability to understand and converse in Te Reo Māori, actively engage in cultural activities and have an excellent understanding of Ahuatanga Maori would be an advantage but is not necessary, more so a willingness to get stuck in and be part of our amazing kaupapa.
