We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TEMPLATE WS Keyholder 3IC to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As the third in command, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and mentor sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the store
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maximise sales
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
- Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security protocols
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising techniques and inventory management
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, best practices, and loss prevention techniques
- Retail-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential
