The Survivor Experiences Service is looking for a stellar Senior Business Advisor to assist with governance and framework creation.
The Survivor Experiences Service provides a forum in which survivors can share their experiences of abuse in care in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive setting in order to facilitate healing. The Senior Business Advisor will play a crucial role in shaping the Service's operational framework by creating multiple frameworks, drafting policies, establishing risk registers and creating business process maps that will focus on ensuring survivors and our people are kept safe and not at risk of being re-traumatized. Your work will contribute to the creation of a safe, healing-focused environment for survivors.
The Senior Business Advisor will, in addition, provide strategic advice and support across the service and advise the Manager Planning and Reporting on other performance, reporting and accountability activities that align with the Service's Kaupapa.
We are looking for someone with a solid background in governance, business advisory positions or has experience in the setting up of government services. Given the nature of the work we do, we are a close and passionate team that is looking for someone who can share that passionate and dynamic with us.

Each 'enterprise' has its own unique kaupapa, and through its 'partnership' with Te Tari Taiwhenua, will be supported to achieve their goals. The nature of each partnership will depend on the goals and needs of the entity.
