Site Manager needed for Cambridge, Te Awamutu, and Hamilton Civil Projects.

Our client works on very diverse projects and is looking for a skilled and committed Site manager to oversee their civil construction sites.
You can work on projects that include:
Pile driving, retaining walls, Earthworks for new builds, landscaping, or driveways/entranceways, Concrete bridge construction, Stock underpass, construction, Effluent ponds, Farm race and roading works, Subdivisions and land development, Land clearing and building demolition, Entranceway and driveway construction and repair, Culvert installation and drainage.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Knowledge in running your crew, by providing management, guidance, and best work practices.
- Ensure that all health and safety governance is adhered to.
- Excellent technical and planning skills including construction management programs.
- Maintain and run efficient projects to meet all budgets and timeframes.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Offer outstanding relationships with Clients.
- Recognize and implement improvements on the construction projects.
- Convey through communication with supervisors and management to improve regulatory recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the construction phase from start to completion.

- Inspirational leadership to develop strong relationships and build rapport easily.
- A determined ability to lead and motivate people at all levels.
- Strong project management and budget experience.
- Always ensuring that all health and safety are in line with company policies.
