- We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a critical role providing operational and administrative support to the Operations Manager, Surgery.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The role is based at Waikato Hospital and is critical in allowing the Operations Manager and their team to get on with the leadership and delivery of high quality health outcomes by taking on board and executing their administrative workload. You will be accountable for ensuring that medical workforce rosters are developed and administered efficiently, and support the timely recruitment of staff into the services. You'll also provide day-to-day operational support in the form of coordinating medical recruitment, credentialing for all medical staff in the directorate managing expense reports and a range of other tasks.

You'll be an experienced office manager or project coordinator who's used to working in a complex environment.

You'll be capable of ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy in relation to financial and payroll data.
