Within this new role, the Marketing Co-ordinator/Graphic Designer will be responsible for content creation across multiple platforms such as online campaigns, both paid and organic; social media postings; customer correspondence; print publication and video creative. Assisting the marketing manager with the overall implementation of our brand strategy.
The key duties and responsibilities for this position are varied and are outlined below.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- High proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, specialising in InDesign and Photoshop
- Responsibility for graphic design focus, specifically content creation, ensuring accurate brand representation and consistency
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of preparing files for print
- Possess a solid understanding of the design process
- Plan, manage and produce marketing content such as imagery, advertisements and blog posts, with direction from the Marketing Manager
- Assist the Marketing Manager in trade show planning and execution
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve their marketing department capabilities
- Oversee social media channels when needed
- Build relationships with external stakeholders
- Excellent Customer service manner and ability to provide solutions
- Maintaining templates and branding used in marketing campaigns
- Maintain excellent file management
- Responding to requests from the wider team, and any project work as needed
**You will be a leading applicant if you have the following essential skills**:
- Training or tertiary education in Graphic Design, Marketing or similar preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in Adobe suite specifically Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with Meta business suite preferred
- Interest or experience in copywriting
- Possess a working knowledge of marketing functions

This is a full time position with hours being from 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
