**About the Role**

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role that’s perfect for individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment, enjoy meaningful conversations, and love the challenge of exceeding expectations.

This role demands a unique blend of resilience, self-motivation, and empathy. You'll need to effectively connect with customers, persist through challenges, drive your own success, and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

**In this key role you’ll**
- Use your exceptional sales skills to proactively engage with customers, manage assigned sales leads and initiate conversations about their insurance needs.
- Align product features with customer needs, providing straight-forward solutions that provide protection to the people that are most important to them.
- Address concerns, educate customers, and empower them to make informed decisions.

This role requires a unique blend of **resilience, self-motivation, and empathy**. You’ll need to connect with customers, persist through challenges, and drive your own success while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.

**To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following**
- Experience in a phone-based sales role or a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
- High energy, positivity, and motivation to bring your best self to work every day.A passion for identifying and seizing opportunities to help your customers.
