CARTERS East Tamaki has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy Yard team. This physical role involves picking and packing orders and operating a forklift to load product onto delivery trucks.

- Load and unload building materials either with a forklift or manual handling
- Pick and assemble customer orders.
- Process sales documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers on and off site.

**About you**

You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills and qualities**:

- **Valid FULL New Zealand Driver's Licence is essential**
- **Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate is essential**
- **Building industry experience is preferred**
- A team player with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers and maintaining relationships.
- Basic computer skills
- Proven awareness of health and safety legislation in this industry.
- Physically fit for the occasional heavy lifting and manual handling
