Contract Administrator

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team working on the East Waikato Network Outcomes Contract (NOC), based in Morrinsville.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to get across a role that gives you the scope to do more than just the administrative work.

You will be supporting the team with administrative tasks, finance, field crew coordination and contract management support services for the East Waikato Network Outcomes Contract.

You’ll have a solid background in administration and financial reporting but might be looking for something just a little more in your role.

You will manage and liaise with the field crew for rostering of the on-call/call outs roster along with providing management support to our external stakeholders when there is a call-out.

This is a busy full time, permanent role and will offer lots of variety Not to mention you’ll be based within in a team that is supportive and keen to provide the pathway to progress your career within the Higgins business.

What you’ll bring to the role:_**
- Experience in an admin role with strong focus on detail
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Versatility - be effective and efficient
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Holds full class 1 licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to situations a little outside the box

Industry experience would be helpful but is not essential. A willing to learn is key - we will show you the ropes.
