Thai Masseur

PhetJantra Limited (Trading as Phanom Rung Massage Therapy) is looking for a Thai Masseur to join their team.

We are located in New Lynn, Auckland and open from seven days a week from 10am to 8pm.This is a full time permanent position with a minimum of 35 hours per week. Pay rate varies from NZ$28to NZ$30 per hour.

**Duties include**:

- Assessing clients soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscles strength and range of motion
- Massaging the soft tissue of the body, such as muscles, tendons and ligaments to assist healing
- Confer with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
- Administering treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation and relieve, muscle tension
- Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.
- Consult with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians and psychologists in order to develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide clients with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement, and stretching, strengthening, relaxation and rehabilitative exercises.
