So, what's the actual job about then?
- Maximising the day so it is well organised, productive and efficient- Effectively managing our booking and job allocation systems- Communicating with our front-line service and parts advisors, our customers and of course our technicians- Ensuring our apprentices and techs are getting the training and support they need to become our master techs of the future- Overseeing the running of the Parts Department- Accountability for the Parts and Service department budgets, profits and KPI's- Motivation, support, positivity and getting the job done - it's simple really**SERVICE-PARTS-MANAGER.PDF
