You’ll be part of an Enterprise Solutions team responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and operation of an Advanced ERP business solution that supports our business operation and growth. We are currently looking for a passionate developer who can use their outstanding analytical and development skills to collaborate and deliver outcomes, value, and a phenomenal user experience that clients love. You’ll be part of a fast paced cross functional team responsible for operating, maintaining and enhancing our business management platform based on **MYOB Advanced**, New Zealand and Australia’s fastest growing SaaS ERP, which gives bigger businesses greater control and insights to simplify their success. Taking a client-centric approach to delivering features and functionality. You will work within the team breaking down large complex problems into regular high value deliverables that our clients love. All team members are expected to continually inspect, adapt and experiment, looking for opportunities to improve individually and as a team so a growth mindset is a must.

**Mō te tūnga -- What you will bring to role**:

- You are highly self-motivated, curious and never stop asking the ‘why’, you love to step outside your comfort zone and to make things better than awesome You will have an understanding of different agile methodologies. You will be comfortable with ‘change being the only constant’ and able to adapt as needed.
- Strong results focus, including the ability to set and manage personal goals
- Demonstrated experience with, and enjoyment working in modern agile development and delivery process is essential
- Experience in software development principles and practices to an intermediate level (3+years)
- Recent and strong C# and.NET experience
- Experience with web-based technologies as well as developing web services and integration with 3rd party web-services
- Proficiency with MVC patterns, SQL, Data Access
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Experience with CI tools (TeamCity or Buildkite preferred)
- An advocate of standard methodologies of testing and writing clean code
- You love to learn Reading books, blogs, trying new things within technology
- Experience in a Financial or ERP environment is a benefit but not essential
- Exposure to the delivery of customised software into mid-market businesses is a bonus
