The hours and days for this Deli Manager position are Monday to Thursday & Sunday 0630-1600.

From meats & cheeses to antipasto you will be joining a hands on and customer focused department. A day in the life of a Deli Manager could look like:

- Meeting daily and weekly targets, ordering, stock taking and rostering
- Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner
- Training and developing Deli team members
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

As well as a passion for people and fresh food we are looking for our new leader to have:

- A demonstrated knowledge and passion for fresh food
- Strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong leadership skills to train and develop your team to ensure food safety is always top priority
- Excellent prioritization skills which will enable you to manage your workload
- The ability to obtain a Food Safety Certificate
