This will be a 6 month assignment, within PN Hospital/Te Whatu Ora, with the potential to become longer term.

All medical records need to be prepared and digitised for filing according to legislative requirements. Sound easy? Well, there is more to it than that With streams of records coming in from all over our district of Health NZ, requirements differ on a case by case basis and the need to understand specific needs, and catch things that need to be adjusted is essential. If you have some exposure to the medical industry, that is a bonus, you will be off to a running start.

You get the benefit of flexibility around hours, whether you prefer normal business hours or early starts/finishes. This is a tidy-casual environment, and once you're up and running, you're able to utilise headphones while you diligently complete tasks.

Due to being located within the hospital, this opportunity does require a double COVID-19 vaccination and 1 booster to be eligible. You will also need to be willing to wear a mask when in public areas (corridors), though not during your work day as you will be in a self contained work space with the rest of your team. This space has its own bathroom, break room and kitchenette.
