**Overnight Forklift Team Leader**

An ability to work alongside and motivate the small dedicated team is what counts the most in the role. Our Team Leader also needs to be honest and have integrity to support our business goals and achieve the nightly operational targets.

The role requires good communication with the team of drivers, the ability to self motivate and to achieve high presentation standards. This role is responsible for ensuring Grocery products are available for our customers to purchase and that stock is stored away tidily for day staff to access and replenish shelves. This means you need to be a productive and focused.

- Current forklift license.
- Reliable and motivated.
- Previous FMCG experience
- Drop, fill and face product quickly and thoroughly.
- Deliver outstanding service to internal departments.
- Communicate effectively with members of the grocery team and stay positive with all eyes on the goal.

The hours of work are generally 8pm to 6am week nights and 9pm to 7am weekends, 4 nights per week/38 hours per week, actual days will be discussed at the interview.

Pre-employment drug testing is required for this safety sensitive role.

If you have experience in driving a forklift or reach, successfully lead a small team and retail experience them this may be the role for you. Prior exposure to night shift work would also be an advantage.
