Our dispensary team is made up of pharmacists and dispensary technicians all offering different skills and experience which makes our team the right environment for somebody to lead and inspire growth

**About the role**

**This is a permanent Full/Part time position, rostered up to 40 hours over 5 days a week with no late nights so there is a good work/life balance.**

Essential skills include:

- A NZ qualified Pharmacist with current APC.
- At least 3 years' experience in a pharmacy environment.
- Be able and competent to practice sole charge and leading a team of 7.
- Understand and implement key KPI's to run a successful dispensary business.
- Understand the legislation requirements of the dispensary.
- Strive to meet and greet your customers to create an engaging experience.
- Motivated and dedicated to continual improvement of self and the business.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic people person with strong retail and sales confidence.
- Ideally be trained in vaccinations, ECP, Trimethoprim and Sildenafil.
