Indian Tandoor Cook

We are looking for a full time cook for our busy restaurant located in Dunedin.

The applicants must hold a some experience in a similar role.

Should be hard-working, a team player & passionate about cooking food with love.

Job duties and Responsibilities would include the following
- Preparing and cooking all kind of North-Indian dishes
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items according to the establishment's
recipe and standards.
- Estimating food cost
- Consistently monitoring the quality of dishes all the stages of preparation and presentation
- train and supervise other kitchen staff (as per the requirement)
- examining quality of food before it is delivered to the customer.
- regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- portioning food and presenting it on plates
- Assist in menu planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
