We are assisting our client to seek a Bank Manager who will be the leader of an important local business in their own right. You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for inspiring and leading a diverse team to meet every customer's needs across personal banking, business banking, and wealth management.

You will be required to have a genuine desire to help others, leadership abilities, and proven experience in the financial services industry. You must have effective relationship management skills and be driven by innovation and demonstrate courage in the workplace.

- Proven leadership experience, ideally with banking and/or lending knowledge
