- **Health Care Assistants** are our RNs right hand people. Assisting them with day-to-day tasks of caring for our patients, this is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to our vision of delivering quality patient care.
- As a Health Care Assistant you will be required to work under the delegation of a Registered Nurse to provide assistance to patients, ensuring a consistently high quality of care is received.
- The Bureau allows you to work on an as needed basis, allowing you to choose the shifts that work for you This is the perfect choice for people who want control over the times they are available to work.

**Please note
- If you are based outside of Auckland, this role requires an in person interview as the team run a clinical assessment centre.**

**Essential**:
- Level 4 or Level 3 Healthcare Assistant qualification OR registered overseas RN/EN OR Hospital aid/Health worker/support worker certificate OR 2nd year RN/EN student/ (other qualifications to be assessed).-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Strong customer service focus-
