**Labourer / Gardener**
Maintenance jobs as required to keep the grounds and buildings in a clean, safe tidy condition

**List of tasks**:

- Clearing of slot drains and gutters
- Racking bark areas
- Clearing leaves from courtyard

**Hours / Rate**:

- 3-4 hrs per week however we would like for this to be flexible.
- The days and times of work are flexible dependent on availability on a week by week basis. Preferably you would have a set half day (Mon-Fri) that would be consistently available.
- Rate would be $22.75/hr
