Online Shopper/delivery Agent

We are seeking the services of an Online Shopper and Home Delivery Agent. The position is full-time and permanent of at least 37 hours per week. You may also be required to work in the grocery department from time to time.
The Online Shopper role is 6.30am - 2.30 pm Sunday to Thursday and you will be working on your own for a greater part of the time so you must be a self starter, and have the ability to work to hourly deadlines.
You must have a current, clean, driver's license as you will be required to make deliveries, from time to time, in the Company delivery Van. Most of your work will be on your own, but from time to time you will be required to work with a small team.
You must have attention to detail and the ability to assemble customers' online orders perfectly correctly and, when necessary, contact the customer directly to seek any product replacements and/or substitutes if the need arises.
Any experience in the SAP retail program will be an added advantage.
You may also be required to work in the grocery department, after your orders have been completed and/or delivered
Again, self motivation and an eye for detail, and quality control, is essential to the departments successful performance.
You will be replenishing stock in the grocery department, keeping the grocery area, store-room and the online department in a clean and tidy manner.
You should have your own method of transport.
Remuneration will be discussed at the interview.
