**Law Clerk with Criminal Defence Experience - **Part time Fixed Term 9 Months - 10 hours per week**
**Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role**:
The Public Defence Service (PDS) is looking for a Law Clerk, with proven criminal defence experience, to join our team in our Dunedin office. This is a fixed term, 9 month position, for 10 hours per week.
Your key tasks will include legal research, drafting documents, file organisation and administrative support. With client permission, you may also have the opportunity to observe client interviews and court appearances.

**Utu ā-tau/Salary**
The appointing salary for this role will be between $52,832 and $68,836 based on skills and experience.
